Tracking links take longer than usual to update

Please note that tracking links are taking longer than usual to update with shipments that look like being stuck in pre-transit. However, this doesn't indicate that your order is lost, only that the shipping carrier is still processing it – the overload of shipments means shipping carriers are slower to register and ship your orders from their distribution centers.

We're already experiencing this issue with the USPS shipments from our California backup facility – some orders seam stuck in the San Diego processing center, where they show no movement. We've confirmed with USPS that the orders aren't lost but are still waiting to be processed and will be delivered.

Shipping carriers in North America are struggling to process all the incoming orders. Some of the shipping carriers have begun to limit the daily number of packages they accept from a customer. Millions of shipments are stuck in distribution centers, and limited employee availability, due to the impacts of COVID-19, is leading to extensive shipping delays.

We're doing our best to get your orders out, but once they're in the hands of the shipping carriers, it's up to their sorting center capacity. Unfortunately, we see that the order delivery estimates provided by our shipping carriers aren't entirely reliable anymore, which means that sadly some holiday orders might not arrive on time even though you submitted your order before our deadlines.

This year has brought many challenges, and we're more thankful than ever for your continued support and patience.
